Reservation review
Your reservation is not final until our reservation manager confirms the event details and deposit. Acuity or the website alone does not complete the event confirmation process.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for safe and practical event setup unless a different arrangement is reviewed by the reservation manager.
